If you would like to become an authorised BBS agent then we would love to hear from you. The process to become an authorised BBS agent is highly selective and we only accept the best quality applicants.

Key Points for Potential Applicants

  • BBS values the importance of working with agents who uphold transparency and honesty, prioritise the best interests of students, and behave ethically and professionally at all times.
  • All agents associated with BBS must have a comprehensive understanding of the Australian higher education sector, including all relevant legislation, codes, and standards.
  • Only agents who have formalised agreements with BBS will be allowed to recruit and represent BBS’s students.
  • Prior to entering any partnership, BBS will undertake a thorough assessment of potential agents.
  • Agents will need to complete the approved International Education Agent Application Form to become an authorised BBS agent.
  • The process to evaluate agent applications follows a set of criteria, including a minimum of two reference verifications from CRICOS registered entities.
  • The responsibility for authorising agent applications lies with BBS’s Marketing Manager. However, the CEO is responsible for finalising the agent agreements.
  • An agent is officially associated with BBS only upon receipt of the signed agreement by BBS and the agent.
  • BBS will provide a comprehensive induction for agents immediately upon their engagement.
  • All applicants must read carefully and understand BBS’s Agent Management Policy and Procedures which is available on BBS website.
