Student Support and Wellbeing

Student Support and Wellbeing

At BBS, we understand that studying can sometimes be both exciting and challenging. Adjusting to higher education, managing study commitments, balancing work and personal responsibilities, or living away from home can place pressure on students at different stages of their learning journey.

BBS is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to seek guidance and assistance when needed.

Whether students require academic guidance, support adjusting to study, assistance navigating personal challenges, or simply someone to talk to about their studies and student experience, students are encouraged to reach out to BBS as early as possible.

Our team is committed to supporting students throughout their learning journey and, where appropriate, assisting students to access relevant internal or external support services.

Support and guidance may be available in areas relating to:

  • academic and learning support
  • study-life balance
  • student wellbeing
  • accessibility and equitable access
  • international student support
  • referral to external support services where appropriate

Students seeking assistance or further information are encouraged to contact the Student Services team or refer to the Contact Us page.
